Literature regarding the pharmacy practice of pharmacy students around their family members was limited, hence this study was conducted. The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which pharmacy students are involved in managing the medical-related issues within their own families. The mode of assessment was done using a KAP survey. A Prospective, Cross-sectional study was adopted and a community-based online survey was conducted. Google forms were used as a means for generating responses. A total of 740 respondents were received via Google forms. One-way ANOVA was used to inspect the KAP data for various pharmacy departments. The p-value was observed to be p<0.05, implying a significant difference across the departments. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was calculated and used to determine the connection between the study variables and the correlation in this study showed a weak positive correlation between knowledge-attitude, knowledge-practice, and a moderate positive correlation between attitude-practice. On analyzing the results, it was found that Pharm.D students showed a better response in terms of knowledge and M.pharmacy students showed a better response in terms of attitude and practice. On the opposing, B.pharmacy students showed a weakly positive response to KAP-related aspects.
